I have an AMD based hackintosh which I would like to use Broadcom wi-fi on Sonoma. So I've installed OCLP root patches and it worked. But now I want to revert to my old Intel Wi-fi so I don't need OCLP anymore.
When I click "revert root patches" I have these:
- Starting Unpatch Process Failed to mount root volume Subprocess failed. Command: ['/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.dortania.opencore-legacy-patcher.privileged-helper', '/sbin/mount', '-o', 'nobrowse', '-t', 'apfs', '/dev/disk1s1', '/System/Volumes/Update/mnt1'] Return Code: 77 Standard Output: mount_apfs: volume could not be mounted: Operation not permitted mount: /System/Volumes/Update/mnt1 failed with 77 Standard Error: None Failed to mount root volume - Failed to mount root volume, cannot continue with unpatching!!! So I have two questions:
- Is there an another way to revert the root patches? Because since those root patches I cannot update my OS. There is no updates available in the system settings anymore. I stuck at 14.6
- If I clean install the root patches would gone? Did installing root patches affected my EFI folder of OpenCore?
Thank you.
