live text on 2015 MacBook Pro is not working after updating the patch on 2.1.2

using Sonoma 15.1 and updated the oclp patches to current date and still cannot use the live text feature its on in the system settings app will the live text feature work on Sonoma? if it does I am downgrading to Sonoma
