Someone way smarter than me please help MBP 2017. Keyboard / Trackpad glitches

This is what I'm working with and I have tried every which way of loading OCLP 2.4.0 No matter what my keyboard and trackpad will not function normal unless I hold down SHIFT/CONTROL/OPTION at all times... I'm sure its something so small and easy to fix this but I can't figure it out. Please HELP!
