MBP 8,1 (13" 2011) - Charging takes super long time + fans frequently running high

This is both an OCLP question and a possible hardware question:

I have a few 13" 2011 MacBook Pros (MacBookPro8,1), all with identical specs (2.7 GHz i7, 16 GB RAM, SSDs), all are running Sonoma via OCLP, and I have one that is consistently acting strangely:

It frequently takes a VERY long time to charge, and Activity Monitor/the menu bar show that it expects to take anywhere from 10 to 20 HOURS to charge from a nearly dead battery, or 2+ hours to just charge from 89% to 100%.

Additionally, the fans frequently run high on this machine (though I installed Mac Fan Control and all of the temperature sensors are reporting normally, so I don't think there's a temperature sensor that's failing).

The odd thing is that I have tested this Mac with 3 different batteries: a third-party brand new one (which works fine in other Macs); a 90% health Apple OEM one; and a 60% health Apple OEM one. The problem is the same on all of them: the Mac refuses to charge (sometimes says "not charging") or takes a VERY long time to charge, no matter what battery I use.

I haven't encountered this issue before, so I am hypothesizing that it might not be solely OCLP-related (yes, I've applied root patches; yes, I've applied them multiple times), but not 100% sure. Open to both software and hardware suggestions.
