OCLP Success NOW Broken!

Lived with macOS Mojave on my Mac Pro (Late 2013) years beyond it's life to keep my Intuit Quicken 2007 app and records running well beyond the Quicken company's buy out and take over of the app– and the subsequent updates that wouldn't do what the old product did for me. By the time I made the upgrade to the final supported macOS Monterey 12.7.6 – it was so old that I could not get updates for apps like Firefox, Microsoft Office, etc. Was ecstatic when I discovered OCLP and its ability to extend the hardware life. For over a year I have successfully run through macOS Ventura, macOS Sonoma, and macOS Sequoia installations with OCLP – Sequoia through 15.5, 15.6, 15.6.1, and 15.7. When I tried to make the 15.7.1 update it would fail with every installation attempt. The about 10 days after 15.7.2 appeared I tried that installation and it worked. Things seemed to be going well with 15.7.2 until last Thursday (Nov 6) when apps began to freeze, the bluetooth Magic Mouse 2 (cursor) not the extended USB keyboard could not have any control. The only thing I could do was to reboot the Mac Pro. By Friday morning things had deteriorated to the point that I could not get authentication on the Name and Password entry for any account on the Mac. A small spring colored beachball or death would appear for all infinity until power off and power on again. Things continued to worsen when on reboot of the system the progress bar would make it about halfway through and then hang up – for eternity. I used alternate Monterey and Mojave external system SSDs to boot up. I could examine the contents of the Macintosh HDD with the Sequoia macOS 15.7.2 – all the user directories and Documents et al seemed to be OK. The system's System folders were there also. BUT in looking at the volumes in Disk Utility and Terminal sessions I noted some anomalies to the physical internal 1TB SSD and its container content volumes. The top volume that had been Macintosh HD was now named Macintosh HD - Data (like the original working subordinate volume). The next level volume that had also been Macintosh HD was now named Macintosh HD - Data, and the working subordinate volume that had been named Macintosh HD - Data was now named Macintosh HD - Data - Data. I note for the record that I tried multiple OCLP installations and post installations runs – just trying to see if I could repair the physical APFS drive structure. I also note that Disk Utility First Aid found nothing to repair in this APFS volume set. Over these past 7 days I have tried to both build installation volumes and do macOS installation with OCLP – any everything has failed. NOTE: I have posted the images of the "An error occurred loading the update." that occurs during any attempted macOS installation with OCLP and the "An error occurred preparing the update. Failed to prepare the software update. Please try again." that occurs when OCLP is building the installation volume. I note that I used three different SSDs and flash drives when building or attempting to build the macOS installation volumes. And four different external SSD drives were tested in the multiple failed attempts with OCLP to build the bootable macOS system drives for testing or operation. I note that when it worked I used OCLP to build installation volumes for multiple different versions of MacOS Sequoia, macOS Ventura, and macOS Sonoma. And although I have been building installer drives with OCLP and installing a sequence of updated macOS systems on the internal Macintosh HD – nothing has worked since Nov. 6th. I am surely hopeful that someone will read this laborious POST and view the posted images – someone who experienced this problem and has insight in how to make OCLP work on my Mac Pro once again. I note that while I have used OCLP 2.4.0 and then 2.4.1 over the past 12-14 months, I have only used OCLP 2.4.1 – and that version has been downloaded multiple from GitHub. I am hoping against hope that someone somewhere has THE answer to my dilemma. Thank you! Blessings, thomas. P.S. I know that it is difficult to reach Dortania on GitHub – and I don't seem to see the posts on Discord "going anywhere". Still I am hopeful that what has been broken on my Mac Pro can be mended.
