Can I use Apple ID?

Hi, I have a hackintosh on macOS sequoia and I wonder if I can create a secoundary Apple ID with my phone number. Because just in case I don’t want to put there my main Apple ID. Is it safe? Will it affect my main apple id if I got limitated?
