[Help]USB 3.0 Not Working In Sierra

Specs: Asus ph861 Intel i3-3220T 8GB RAM AMD Radeon R9 270x 2GB Sapphire

My Sierra install has been flawless save for the front panel USB 3.0 not working and iMessage(I gave up on imess), I need the front panel usb because the mobo only has 4 usb 2.0 ports at the back and 2 3.0 ports at the front.
