Can't erase disk

So I was in the middle of creating a raid 0 partition with my two samsung 840 when the power went (gotta love those pre-paid meters...). Now if try to erase, format, change or partition the drive(s) I get the error

"Started erase on disk2 Unmounting disk Error: -69888: Couldn't unmount disk"

I have tried booting in safe mode (-x), but same results. I can type "unmount disk" and it seems to be working, but when I try the erasedisk again I get the same error. I really hope my SSDs aren't broken! If anyone has any suggestions it would be highly appreciated!
