T420 Multitouch troubles

Good evening :)

I've successfully booted my first ever hackintosh (yay) into 10.31.1 Through various youtube videos, I've seen thinkpad devices supporting apple multitouch gestures; three finger swipe left/right to swap between displays, etc.

I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction, I don't know too much about what I'm doing.
