Losing hair over freezes on Skylake/Sierra

Hey guys my hair is becoming gray due to this issue.

Lately (and this is a newish phenomenon) when I do stuff in Adobe apps like AE and render and then have a for example a youtube page open on my second monitor, my system just freezes and reboots. I assume its a kernel panic?

I've tried many many things. I am not using Intel HD, only 980Ti.
