Graphics issues with High Sierra on ASRock Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac (iGPU only)

I first installed High Sierra on this system late last year and it seemed to be working properly even with APFS, but after some time, I started to experience lots of flickering and tearing with the display. At first, it was just after a while of use. But now it's every time I boot up. I also occasionally have problems getting the system to sleep, but it's not a high priority right now.

Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac

CPU: i5-8600K

RAM: 2 x 16GB Crucial Ballistix Sport LT

SSD: Seagate 600 Series 240GB

I'm connecting to my monitor with an HDMI->DVI cable, if that makes any difference. I've heard some have issues with HDMI video. If it'd help, I could possibly try this using DisplayPort if anyone thinks it might help. But I'd probably need to buy a new cable.

I haven't updated Clover since I first installed, so I've done that, along with following the guide by u/corpnewt. I deleted the old kexts and downloaded the latest versions of the ones referenced in the linked guide. I took a screenshot of my kexts folder if that helps. I didn't alter the config.plist apart from changing the settings as suggested in the guide for iGPU, but just in case, you can see my config.plist file if it helps.
