The EU is set to approve Apple's acquisition of Shazam without any conditions, according to a new report from Reuters.Apple is set to win unconditional EU antitrust approval for its planned acquisition of British music discovery app Shazam, two people familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.
Apple announced its intent to acquire Shazam last December; however, the European Commission opened an investigation over concerns that Apple would obtain access to commercially sensitive data about customers of its competitors.
