Need help deciding a GPU and Monitor

I currently have a Nvidia 970 and rocking a stable High Sierra hackintosh. I am currently triple booting windows/linux/hackintosh for gaming and programming with two monitor setup (Asus VG258QE 1920x1080) . I would like to migrate to Mojave and get an amd card along with a single 34" monitor which can support 4k .

I stopped playing games for quite sometime and probably play pubg or dota 2 once in a month or so. I really want to get a 4k monitor so the text is sharp and crystal clear (I get annoyed if the text is smudged while coding, which happens now) .

Question :

• Should I get a RX 580 or a Vega 64 for my use ?
• Will RX 580 support a single 4k monitor ?
• Suggestions for a monitor.
