Finally working 100% !!! Don't use two Nvidia cards and expect things to work

I had two Nvidia GPUs in my z270 and constantly had small bugs even with nothing plugged into the second card. I removed the second card and now iGPU hardware acceleration and my 1070Ti is working perfectly
