I need some help w/ Port Mapping, Part II!

For context, here is the original post.

I just redid it and I wound up discovering 20 ports. In order to get my number down to 15, I ended up having to disable the two bottom USB ports on my rear I/O, the USB 3.1/C port, and the SS portion of the internal port that my bluetooth card is plugged into (it relies on the HS half of the port). So in essence, after redoing it, the problem still remains.

Is there any way for me to go through the mapping process and still retain use of these ports? Here's a diagram of my rear I/O. For reference, I'm running a Gigabyte Z370N WiFI mobo.

Will doing it via the SSDT method that Rehabman lays out, instead of the USBMap.kext that results from Corpnewt's port mapping script, allow me to keep all of the external ports active?

Thanks for any advice you can give!
