I have a 2008 Mac pro tower (running Mavericks). I want to use the hard drives on a new Hackintosh build. What do I need to know?

I have:

• 1x 250Gb SSD
• 1x 1TB HDD
• 1x 2TB HDD
• 1x 3TB HDD

I don't have enough external storage to back them all up so I'm really hoping they'll all work. I'll of course backup my startup SSD in case there are issues. If I get everything running on the startup SSD, in theory, should I be able to hook in the HDD's without issue?
