Hackintosh Ryzen1700x + ????? *Beware Very Big Noob Here*

Please bear with me guys as I am already an "old dude" and my times of watercooling were 15 years ago when I was a hyped young teenager.

Now I want to build a hackintosh, better yet a RYZENTOSH, with dual boot (from a single ssd or with two ssd's - not sure what is best).

Well, here is the list of parts I kind of figured out... but as a BIG NOOB, I would kindly appreciate your input on better pieces of hardware out there:

COOLER (Low profile like NH-L9i or NH-L12)

MOBO Gigabyte Z390 I AORUS PRO WIFI - Suitable for the Build????

RAM 16GBx2 Ballistic Sport LT Memory 3000Mhz CL15 - Suitable for the Build????

GPU Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050Ti OC

1 x M.2 Samsung 250gb Evo 970

2 x Sandisk SSD Plus SATA III SSD - Suitably Fast for the Build????

I want IDEALLY the PC to work flawlessly with both wifi and bluetooth (facetime and other apple features do not matter to me). My main interest is a PC for encoding video and streaming and also light gaming and, finally to have three or four browsers open at same time with 30-50 tabs each.

Please help me - this this is a time urgent project.
