Plist question

So I mounted my efi and added a couple kext files. Installed Nvidia web drivers. And it this point nothing seemed to change.

But as soon as I changed clover boot settings and eraved nv_disabled and unchecked inject nvidia. My two displays started working and full gpu ram is displayed. Only thing I care about fixing is audio. But I can't boot without the USB. I was under the assumption multibeast enables boot from HDD? And also I'm unsure how to make my changed that I did in clover settings permanent. When I look at my plist it all looks blank.
