Follow up to my previous post, I got everything working perfectly now. I was worried about WiFi and Bluetooth working since my WF/BT card took a little more time to arrive in the mail. But as you can see (in the menu bar), I got it working with no (major) issues. It's my first Hackintosh and I am pleasantly surprised how smooth it's running. It really feels like a real Macintosh. So, here is my complete configuration :
I initially wanted to go for a NUC, but I realized it would cost me less to go with a custom build (sorta) instead and I would get a better value for my money. Since I got my setup fully working, I just can't resist the temptation to Hackintosh my XPS 15. I never thought nor expected this thing would turn out to be like a drug once you get a taste of it.
