Feeling is awesome! Got sleep, native power management and Continuity working with a few custom SSDT's that were adapted from the all mighty KGP-iMacPro! CPU: Intel Core i7 5820K @ 4,10GHz (FakeCPU-ID: 0x0306F2) Motherboard: Asus X99-A RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro Boot Drive: Intel 660p NVMe 512GB (TRIM Enabled) GPU: Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB (Natively Supported/WEG Kext Only) SMBIOS: iMacPro1,1 Wi-Fi: TP-Link Archer T9E (Natively Supported/No Kexts) Bluetooth: ASUS USB-BT400 (Natively Supported/No Kexts) Monitor: ASUS VG24BQE (144Hz is a Blessing on MacOS) This probably the third or fourth install I have done on this config but all of my previous ones were always missing either bluetooth, or sleep or something else, or were straight up a complete mess in the EFI folder... Though this time everything works as planned, including sleep! Encountered some issues underways, like booting to a black screen when booting from the hard drive EFI folder, but those were resolved shortly. Please do ask me if you need any help getting your X99 (or any other) config working, I'll try do my best, though I am no expert :) [link] [comments] |
