I use hwmonitor to monitor my cpu heat. When I turn on my laptop everything is fine. I get x13 cpu frequencies which run at 1.30GHZ and that is normal for idling. When I close the lid of the laptop and let it fully go to sleep, then wake it back up, my cpu frequencies jump up to x35-36 with a GHZ of about 3.50 and won't go down. The only way to fix is either to shutdown the Laptop or restart it.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
