I have a Thinkpad T430 (i5-3320m, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD+500GB HDD). I am planning to hackintosh this beast in a couple of weeks. The problem is currently my SSD has the Windows Files, and the HDD has all my other files and programs. My plan is to move it all the Windows stuff to the HDD and make the SSD exculsively for mac OS. Anyone could help me out with this. I just want a smooth installation process, really don't care if it's High Sierra. Also, anyone who hackintoshed a T430, please help me out.
