I'm a developer and I tried using Arch for my developer process, and honestly it's awesome, but I'm SO tired of all the configuration bullshit. I just want something to work. I know it takes some initial configuration with Hackintosh, but after that, it runs usually.
My dilemma is that I have an RTX 2080 inside my case that I'm selling, or trying to trade for an AMD Radeon VII.
I'm having second thoughts though. I hate how loud the VII is, how power-hungry it is, and for that price? MEH.
I'm debating on just using the Intel iGPU on the 9900K I have until Navi comes out, or maybe just getting a 580 or 590 until something better comes out. I want something that works "okay" with Photoshop, video rendering, and I want to use 2 monitors.
Advice?
