Mojave sluggish after wake from sleep

Hey everyone

First time post. I just used the vanilla guide to rebuild my hack and it went very smoothly. My hack is running extremely well. But one problem remains from the original build. The computer will go to sleep and wake successfully. But upon waking performance is very bad. Mouse jerky, pandora music skips, etc. Anyone else see this and fixed it?

Any idea how to fix this?
