For those who've updated to Catalina, does VNC work reliably?

Hey all,

I've put off the update and still on 10.14.6 but have always had the issue since Mojave of not being able to reconnect to the OS VNC server from a Windows 10 machine running VNC Viewer.

It just sits there with a spinning wheel.

The only way to clear it is to restart OR ssh and run sudo pkill loginwindow.

Screen sharing from another Mac works fine. Has anyone been playing with this in Catalina? Any issues connecting from a Windows machine with either RealVNC or VNC Viewer?
