Problem in Headphone after sleep or putting screen down for a while in laptop Thinkpad T480s

This is my first time actually posting here, I'm trying to search for every problem I have facing but this one make me going to crazy, I'm using Thinkpad T480s with Hackintosh Catalina 10.15.3 everythink working as expected but one problem... I used to use Headphone and working good, sound is good bit when get my screen down for a while and get back the sound in Headphone is horrible the sound is low and noisy it's defiantly not normal and same think happen when the system goes to sleep. I wonder if someone faces the same problem and solve it or anyone trying to help me to figure out what's going on ?

NOTE: I'm using clover 5104 my EFI https://github.com/mohamedspicer/hackintosh-T480s

NOTE: I opened issue on a repo with efi folder in x1c6 because most of my EFI take it from there. someone confirm the problem also on x1c6 https://github.com/tylernguyen/x1c6-hackintosh/issues/36
