Booting Opencore USB installer.

Trying to install Catalina on my i5-9500KF / GA-365M-H / AMD RX-580. I followed the instructions as per dortania guide but I'm stuck on boot. I've set all my bios settings to those recommended (disabled vt-d etc.)
I have used clover before and built 4 successful hackintoshes, but this is my first build with OpenCore and I'm totally unfamiliar with it
