Editing config.plist with openshell.efi

Hi all,

First time creating a hackintosh, was getting crappy battery life on big sur so I tried to use cpufriend by addin the values to the config and adding the kexts to efi/oc/kexts. But now I can’t boot in macOS (it just shows the apple logo) or windows (just boot loops) so I was hoping I could edit the config to delete the added values about cpufriend?

Any help would be great
