HELP ! Modifier Keys are not presente in OC Catalina Desktop Skylake - not about remapping keys

Hi folks. New face around here. Need help.

Succesfull hackintosh with graphic acceleration, sleep, well, let's go for it:

What's working:Full graphic acell, sleep, icloud and app store, DRM, iMessage - didn't try FaceTime(no webcam installed ) or WIFI(no card installed) USB ports(11) appear to be workin ok.

what isn't working:

- modifier keys on the mechanic USB keyboard do not work at all! I tried creating a new user, reset the NVRAM on restart, re-install Catalina with RehabMan VodooPS2Controller kext on the thumb drive boot/installer, remapped the modifier keys on keyboard preferences, changed keyboard type ,but nothing made command, control and alt/option keys work... My MOBO has PS2 ports - would it be the cause? I'm using the modifiers on the system' virtual keyboard visualizer open all the time

No modiffier keys at all

- mouse lags sometimes (logitech wireless USB) and it takes one eternity to start up (2 minutes from OC picker to log screen

The machine is mainly used for Logic and FinalCut which work flawlessly.
