OpenCore 0.7.0 with Dell Latitude E5470 boot failed on Catalina and Big Sur

Hi all!

I tried to install Big Sur(11) and Catalina(10.15) with OpenCore (0.7.0-DEBUG), but without success.
I'm running Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS with Python 3. My laptop support UEFI.

I used this guide -> https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/

I done a lot of search and double/triple checking my opencore files, but I didn't found anything to solve my problem.

Model : Dell Latitude E5470 (this is a laptop)
Motherboard : Dell Inc. 0HCP0K
CPU : Intel Core i5-6300U (Skylake)
GPU : Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 520 (SKL GT2)
Architecture : x64
Ubuntu architecture : x64

Opencore created me a file at the root path of my partition after the failed boot, but I don't know what to do with that :
