Finally have a fully working Ryzentosh on the latest OpenCore (0.7.0) with the latest Big Sur (11.4). Specs are as follows:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 + stock cooler
MoBo: ASRock B320m-hdv r4.0 on latest BIOS (4.00)
RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistic 3000Mhz DDR4 (2x8GB)
GPU: Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 560 4GB
WiFi & BT: Fenvi FV-HB1200 (BCM4360)
Storage: 512GB M.2 SSD (unsure of brand and model) + 1TB Seagate 7200RPM HDD (+ 480GB SATA SSD for Windows 10)
FaceTime Camera: Wansview 1080P USB webcam
KBM: Unsure of model but basic 2.4GHz USB Microsoft combo - works fine
Most is working out the box, USB on MoBo successfully remapped. iServices working perfectly. I installed pretty much using full guides from Dortania. Took me a week to get everything working 100%.
Things I would like to upgrade:
CPU - probably a Ryzen 7
MoBo - newer chipset and something with USB-C
GPU - An RX 580 would suffice but a newer AMD card would be preferred
Bluetooth KBM - Apples own of course
