Just a note:
It would be helpful if the instructions for mapping USB on Intel didn't go from "use USBMap to generate the kext" to "reboot and rerun USBMap to see the change".
For example, it would be useful if it also said what to do with the kext, and what needs to be edited to remove the InjectAll.kext
