Can't install macOS Catalina

CPU: I5-1035G1

GPU: intel uhd graphics

RAM: DDR4 4GB 3200mhz

SSD: 128GB

Laptop Name: hp 14s-dq1016tu

I installed Big Sur on my laptop.

But I can't run some programs on Big Sur.

so I tried to install Catalina.

when I boot up install macOS Catalina, macOS Big Sur recovery shows up...

not Catalina installer, it's Big Sur recovery.....

How can I fix it?

Please help me fix it.... 😭😭😭
