Still noise headphone jack noise on the T450

My thinkpad T450 has codec ALC3232/292, which is what the cat command returned when booted the T450 in linux. Im using opencore 0.7.0.

There are two ALCPlugFixes that I found (found across racka98 and CLAY-BIOS and MultimediaLucario) . Both allowed me to follow the steps exactly as they were described in the readme, including the one where you drag the ALC3232.plist file and everything. I was able te execute well and never returned me any errors, neither of them.

The also followed Dortania and checked if the command kextstat | grep -E "AppleHDA|AppleALC|Lilu" returned the right firmware. It did.

I also edited the boot-args under NVRAM in the config.plist where I tested all of the id's (layout 12, 15, 18, 28, 32, 55, 59) as found in the supported codes table on github (https://github.com/acidanthera/AppleALC/wiki/Supported-codecs)

None of these things helped, love to hear ideas.
