Easiest way to clone/move Hackintosh from one M2 drive to another?

Hello!

I'm on Ventura 13.5.1 using Opencore 0.9.4, everything working perfectly. It's a dual boot in a single drive (Samsung 1TB 970 Evo Plus M.2), which has a 500GB partition for Mac and a 500GB partition for Windows.

But now I'm running out of space, so I bought another drive (WD BLACK 2TB SN850X). Now that I have two drives, I'd like to move Mac to the 2TB drive (which would be the main one) and keep Windows in the older Samsung 1TB drive.

What would be the easiest/safest way to handle this without losing any data?
