Posted this before but curious if anyone has any success. As title states I have a 2010 5,1 Mac Pro that I'm trying to upgrade from Monterey 12.6.9 to now Sonoma 14.4.1 on a blank SSD drive. I'm using OCLP 1.2.1 with Monterey 12.6.9 on my main drive. I created a macOS installer by downloading OCLP 1.4.3 and selected Sonoma 14.4.1. When I go to startup using the USB I select the OCLP EFI and then Install Sonoma and get to the black screen with just the Apple logo and no progress bar. In my older post I tried OCLP 1.3 and 14.2, OCLP 1.0.1 and 14.1, then tried OCLP 0.6.8 / Monterey Installer 12.6.9
OCLP 1.2.1 / Monterey Installer 12.7.2 and BOTH booted with progress bar.
I can't fathom why I can't get a progress bar with any of the later versions of OCLP and Sonoma... anyone have suggestions?
