Any way to get a higher TDP on a Ryzen Laptop in macOS version Sonoma 14.3.1?

I've got a Thinkpad T14 Gen 1 AMD. On Windows, there is UXTU(Universal X86 Tuning Utility) to overclock your CPU/Increase TDP and power draw. here are my specs, and EFI Tree:
