Bootable backup not showing up in the picker

My rig: Gigabyte Z390 Designare - i7-9700K - Sapphire Pulse RX580 Running Sonoma 14.4.1, OC 0.9.9

I used Carbon Copy Cloner to clone my 500gb ssd to a 1T partition of an 8T APFS HDD. Then I mounted both EFI partions and copied the EFI folder from the ssd to the hdd.

Rebooting, the hdd backup doesn't show up in the OC picker.

What did I do wrong? What should I do right?
