Ventura Offline Installer usb kernel problem

I am trying to install ventura using offline installer created on macbook. I first tried the online installer and successfully boot into recovery mode, but due to slow internet connection on usb tethering (horndis.kext) I would like to install it offline. I use the same EFI for both online & offline installer however the offline installer seems to have problem with usb kext during booting. I've tried both 3.0 & 2.0 usb port, remap the usb but nothing fixed. Machine is ideapad 3 15alc6, amd ryzen 3 5300u.
