Help on booting the USB

Hello im new to Hackintosh and ive set the USB and anything but when i boot it up i only have 2 choices. 1. 16GB (external) (dmg) and 2. Windows. When i start the first option i get a black error screen with the link to apple support on startup. And it shows me this document
