Icelake CPU's and on El Capitan?

Note: I am aware that the CPU is much newer and technically doesn't work unless there are patches. Any specific patches I could use?

I'm curious to try to get an El Capitan Build (I have already Sonoma, Ventura machine and others)

I have the Samsung Galaxybook with the Icelake 1065g7 with the Iris Plus G7. The Iris plus was on the 2020 macbooks, I am guessing the technology still based on the old Intel uh630 (Don't quote me on it)

For those curious as to why the heck I want to install an old outdated OS. El Capitan was the last OS in which Mac compatible drivers for Wacom Pen. El Capital still compatible with some of the software that I use regularly so that is helpful.
