I succesfully installed sonoma 14.2 then 14.3 with zero bugs. Then I installed 14.4 and 14.4.1, in safari, youtube keeps freezing videos 2-3 sec (audio not freezing) then the video continues with fast playback to the original time, but freezing again and again and again. Do you face this problem? Clean reinstall not helped sadly. Sry for my bad english.
(P.S.: Lockscreen wallpaper video laggy too in 14.4.1, 14.2 and 14.3 not had this problems.)
