So i had a perfect triple boot, sonoma, windows 11 and recall install, I saved the EFI folder for future installations just in case. Last week I decided I wanted to get rid of windows and recall box and dedicate my laptop to hackintosh 100%. So I wiped the hardrive and tried to install sonoma to a no go. So instead of sonoma, I tried to instal it like I did last time, installing venture first , then update to sonoma, that's how I did it last time. So everytime I try to do that, the laptop restarts for some reason and wont let me finish the sonoma installation. after that I can use venture just fine. So it occurred to me, that maybe I cant install sonoma from USB because I'm using a venture smbios? Or perhaps i need to erase the corrupted sonoma download and start again. Can someone please help me figure out how to delete a corrupt OS update download please. Thanks for your time.
I have an hp 15 notebook, ice lake 10th gen laptop.
