Mac Pro 5 1 USB issues (Require restart when connecting USB device)

Hi everyone,

I've been using OpenCore for a few years now, and while it's mostly been smooth sailing, I'm currently facing an issue with my USB peripherals. USB drives (flash drives, external hard drives) and even my old iPod classic connect and sync without any problems. However, my USB keyboard, USB microphone, and Logitech mouse adapter have stopped working properly.

To get these devices to connect, I have to plug them in and restart the computer. If they get disconnected, I need to restart the computer again to make them work. This issue occurs with both the front and back USB ports, and I’m not using any USB hubs or splitters.

I tested these peripherals on my Late 2013 MacBook Pro (which doesn't use OpenCore) and they work fine, reconnecting without the need for a restart. I believe this issue started after updating the OpenCore Legacy Patcher to version 1.4.3. I thought it might be related to macOS Ventura, but the problem persists even after updating to macOS Sonoma.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks!
