Macbook Air 11" 2010 with no battery, how do i disable "firmware cpu throttling?" oclp doesn't detect high sierra installer

as explained in the title, i have an A1370 2010 without battery (as you know, running on AC Power only, without battery, sets the cpu power to 50%), so i need to know how do i disable the cpu throttling, i'm trying to install high sierra with oclp, to choose the "disable firmware throttling", but it only shows me installers starting from big sur
