Not stable enough internet with phone to install mac os

I've been trying to install macOS on my computer, but I don't have a supported Wi-Fi card. I've attempted to use my phone with HoRNDIS, but I'm experiencing an unstable connection. I have access to McDonald's Wi-Fi, but it takes about 8 hours to install, so I have to leave it unattended unless I want to stay up all night monitoring my computer. Is there any way to create an offline installer? I don't want to use the 0larila raw images they're stupid. I only have a windows computer
