Updating without a separate Intel Mac

Title, basically.

I got my Hackintosh system up and running back in 2022; pretty soon after that, my MacBook kicked the bucket. My new laptop is a newer MacBook with an M2 chip. Am I totally screwed when it comes to getting the Hackintosh updated? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
