Yet another "Is it possible to dual boot hackintosh..."

I've got an HP Prodesk with i7-7700, 16GB RAM, 256 M.2 and 2TB HDD (no dedicated GPU).

Is it technically (and of course mentally) possible to dual-boot macOS Sequoia on this?
