[Release] macOS Sequoia 15.0

Thank you @Max.1974 and @jlrycm for your time. I managed it to work correctly re-installing RestrictEvents.kext for some reason OpenCore didn't update from 1.1.3 to newer 1.1.4 Now Both Cpu type and Ram slots are listed properly.
