MBP Retina 13 late 2013 It's going very slow with Sonoma

I have been using my MacBook Pro retina late 13 normally but this morning I turned it on and everything is super slow, when minimizing Safari or Chrome windows it takes a long time to close and other times it takes me out of my user and asks me to enter my password, help please yesterday when I was working on it it was fine.
